Good design does not happen immediately. It is developed over time and with constant communication.
Four Phase Approach
Every Architect follows a similar phase-based approach to design, but I have developed a four phase explanation of how an idea is born, developed, and executed. The process described below is how we would work together from the very first step of gathering information to the occupancy of the created space. This process is organic and evolves with every project. There is overlap from one phase to the next. This ultimately establishes goals and milestones on the way to a successful project.
